CBP will provide assistance to the trade via extensive outreach and postings on the CBP.gov website. In addition, National Account Managers and Client Representatives are available to assist the trade. Parties may submit questions about the general application of the new requirements to CBP via the Security_Filing_General@cbp.dhs.gov mailbox.
